A practical OEM project workflow
| Stage | Buyer input | Record to agree |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Project brief | Contents, target market, quantity, delivery destination | Scope of the quotation and any open technical questions |
| 2. Specification review | Dimensions, ends, material and coating requirements | Drawing or specification with a clear version identifier |
| 3. Artwork and samples | Design files, colour references and sample criteria | What the sample represents and which features are approved |
| 4. Order confirmation | Approved specifications and commercial requirements | MOQ, price basis, terms, agreed lead time and export packing |
Define ownership of each approval
- Name the buyer contact who approves drawings and artwork.
- Keep a record of the approved specification and sample version.
- Separate a requested delivery date from a confirmed production and shipping schedule.
- Confirm any required content-contact evidence or destination documentation before ordering.
Export project information
Our target markets are Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Please identify the actual country, destination port or delivery point, artwork language and documentation needs in your brief. A target-market focus is not a claim of an established distribution network or of approval in every country.
Project-specific terms
How long will an OEM order take?
Sampling, tooling, production and shipping timing must be quoted for the confirmed project. Include your required date and ask which stages it covers.
Does OEM include regulatory approval?
The project scope must specify the documentation and testing required for your contents and destination. OEM branding alone does not establish compliance or product suitability.
